C3 CONFERENCE DETAILS
TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL
We’ll be traveling using two church buses, along with a couple of additional vehicles to transport luggage. Please pack light if possible. The vans do not have storage space, so we’ll be relying on the extra vehicles to carry bags. We meet at 6 am at the church on Wednesday, and will probably be back about 11 pm on Thursday.
BREAKOUT SESSIONS
When you have a minute, please visit http://www.c3conference.com and scroll down to the Breakout Sessions section. Take some time to decide which sessions you’d like to attend. A great strategy is to coordinate within your team and attend different sessions so we can share what we learn afterward.
BREAKFAST
We’ll be leaving early the first morning, so breakfast will require a little flexibility. Stopping to order food for nearly 30 people at once will be difficult, so each vehicle will decide when and where to stop for breakfast and restroom breaks. If your vehicle can grab food along the way and arrive at Fellowship Church by 9:00 AM, that’s totally fine—just please make sure we don’t all stop at the same place. Our hotel offers a standard breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches on Day 2. Each room also has a refrigerator, so feel free to pack something easy to keep on hand. Fellowship Church has a coffee shop inside of it, but it can be crowded.
LUNCH (Conference Box Lunches)
Because of our group size, we’ll be eating the box lunches provided by the conference. • Cost: $15 • Purchase tickets HERE. With so many people, it wouldn’t be possible for us to eat off-site and return in time for afternoon sessions. We’ll plan to eat together at Fellowship Church. If you have dietary restrictions and are unable to eat the box lunch, please let us know. One vehicle will be approved to leave and grab food off-site for those with dietary needs. Otherwise, please purchase your lunch ticket as soon as possible.
DINNER
We’ll be eating dinner at Harvest Hall. You can view dining options at http://www.harvesthall.com. We’re hoping there will be enough space and variety to feed our group efficiently.
I hope this covers everything, but please let me know if I missed anything or if you have questions. I’m so excited for this trip with you all! – Callie Henry
